Vajrayana meditation produces a deep state of relaxation calm and tranquil mind learning to calm your thoughts through point of focus techniques will help you stabilize your thought’s instead of your thoughts running here there and everywhere like a wild monkey out of control, and when this monkey mind is out of control we become stressed anxious and fearful, we cannot make decisions and our breathing is shallow, then we find ourselves living in the future or past lost in thoughts of anxiousness and thinking what we could or what we wanted to have happen……………and not being fully present in the moment we waste so much energy on this roundabout of exhausting emotions that we not living, we are like a car misfiring, until we stop… or we are made to stop we then realise that our mind is important as breathing, our mind gets neglected and abused by our emotions and we wonder why we feel exhausted and tired and rundown Vajrayana meditation practice is the key to transformation of the mind and emotions. Thoughts can be like bullies and like all bullies they need loving kindness and compassion, Vajrayana meditation gives you the tools of compassion and love for your mind to truly learn to be present in the moment in a gentle way that brings about a deep inner calm that your whole body responds to.
